Streamlined, Easier, Faster: The Full PixelSquid Library at Your Fingertips

For years, PixelSquid power users have loved using our Photoshop plugin to load their lightboxes and spin objects directly on their Photoshop canvases. After working closely with the Adobe team to rebuild the PixelSquid plugin on their Unified Extensibility Platform (UXP), we’re excited to share the updated PixelSquid plugin for Photoshop. The updated PixelSquid plugin is more performant, so users can load and spin faster, and offers new functionality, like the ability to search and access PixelSquid’s entire library from the plugin… so you never have to leave Photoshop or interrupt your creative workflow to find the right 3D asset again!

  1. If I’ve already got the plugin installed, do I have to replace it with the new one, or does it auto-update? Thanks!

Hi, Jan! Thanks for asking– the plugin does not autoupdate, but you can use the “Install Now” link here to get the newest version of the plugin from Creative Cloud. Note that you’ll need to have the latest updates of Creative Cloud and Photoshop installed. https://www.pixelsquid.com/plugin_demo

We hope you enjoy using the new update!
